Sub-processors
Personal Data shall be processed by approved Sub-processors solely to the extent necessary to provide the contracted Services by Processor. Personal Data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in the Services agreement and is processed and stored in accordance with the Company’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
Once Personal Data is no longer required for Processing and/or fulfillment of Services, or in the event that agreement with Sub-processor is terminated, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymized.
