What was I looking for when entertaining Rewst as a solution for my business? I was looking at how not to hire a third or fourth or fifth person, right? And what I began to perceive is that there is substantial advantages to leveraging an automation platform like Rewst.

Initially, I didn’t think we had enough endpoints to justify it, and now I’m convinced that really the endpoints will come with the application of Rewst appropriately.

If a CEO was to ask me, is automation worthwhile to invest in in my company or in their company, I would say absolutely. The convergence of AI and automation is going to transform all of our service delivery models.

So in what ways will Rewst and automation transform our service delivery? I look at it from the understanding that I’m really documenting a process, and when I take that up a layer, I’m solving a problem with a process. If I take that up a layer, I’ve got a compliance or security policy that I can enforce when I implement processes and use Rewst to do that.

So I’m actually able to define workflows and prove that we are meeting whatever requirements are necessary for a particular organization, policy, or workgroup.

Moving to automation and AI is going to be profoundly transformative to how we do business and how I believe businesses want to be worked with. Some today are beginning to realize if they don’t leverage automation and AI, they’re going to lose market share. They’re going to lose profitability.

And we want to be that organization that helps them and build a tighter and more in-depth relationship with them.

I perceive that over the next six months, we should be able to add at least 30% to revenue to our business with automation and AI alone.
