FLOW 2025: A recap + what’s coming next

FLOW 2025 brought together 500+ MSP pros in Tampa to talk shop on all things automation, from keynote insights and AI-powered updates to hands-on sessions led by fellow MSPs. Here’s what went down, and what’s ahead for 2026.

FLOW 2025: A recap + what’s coming next
July 3, 2025

If there’s one thing that FLOW 2025 made perfectly clear, it’s that the MSP community is serious about automation. Sure, we might be a little biased (we do eat, sleep, and breathe this stuff), but with over 500 people gathering in Tampa, it’s safe to say FLOW was the place to be. If you weren’t able to make it this year, we’ve got you covered. And if you like what you see, there’s always next year.

What is FLOW?

FLOW is the only truly vendor-agnostic automation conference for MSPs. After launching in 2024, this year marked our second-ever FLOW event, and it was clear we’re onto something special.

Rewst hosts the event, but we focus on creating an open space where attendees, speakers, and sponsors freely explore various automation tools and strategies without limits.

What sets FLOW apart is the community. Everyone at FLOW is there for one purpose: automation. It’s a network of like-minded automation enthusiasts who thrive on connecting and sharing ideas. And it’s for MSP executives and techs alike – there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

What happened at FLOW 2025?

A lot, honestly.

From inspiring keynotes on automation’s next frontier to hands-on sessions and lively hallway conversations, this year’s FLOW delivered. We heard from big thinkers like Duncan Wardle, the former Head of Innovation at Disney, on how to foster a culture of creativity. Gary Pica Sr. also took the stage to share a clear message on The Automation Wave, a tidal shift that’s coming for MSPs — and how those who don’t adapt risk falling behind.

We also had sessions from many MSPs, including Sourcepass, Air IT, Tech Rage IT, Net Friends, Jolera, Forthright Technology Partners, Karpel Solutions, B4 Networks, Summit Technology, Lime Networks, Propulsion, T-Consulting, C-Foward, TRNSFRM, and Convergence Networks. Hearing directly from peers about real automation wins and challenges is part of what makes FLOW special. They’re in-the-trenches stories that help every attendee walk away with not just knowledge, but practical guidance.

And, of course, Rewst CEO Aharon Chernin took the stage to unveil our upcoming AI features — rolling out this September — that are poised to change how MSPs build, troubleshoot, and scale their automations.

On top of that, we had 30+ great vendors who contributed to the event (and are the ones who make it possible). If you haven’t had a chance to check them out, please do!

When the sessions wrapped after Day 1, the conversations didn’t end. MSP Initiative’s Block Party gave everyone a chance to unwind and connect with the community over food and drinks.

What did Aharon announce?

We’ll have more on this in the coming weeks and months, but Aharon unveiled a major leap forward for the platform: an update to RoboRewsty that embeds native AI capabilities throughout the Rewst platform – and it will begin rolling out this September.

This upgrade brings AI and automation together in a way that makes sense. It’s not just tacked on to the platform with tape and glue; it’s built right into the platform in meaningful ways.

With these new features, MSPs will be able to:

  • Build workflows using natural language prompts.
  • Write Jinja with real-time syntax help.
  • Troubleshoot workflow failures instantly.
  • Auto-document workflows as they’re built.
  • And, with our new MCP Server, let AI agents run automations on their own.

It’s all part of our mission to make automation more accessible, more powerful, and more scalable for MSPs of all sizes. Whether you’re just starting out or running hundreds of workflows, these new features are designed to help you move faster and with less friction.

Again, you’ll start seeing these features roll out in the platform beginning this September.

A shoutout to our Partners of the Year

This was our first year doing awards, and we want to give a special shout-out to our inaugural winners:

  • Sourcepass – Partner of the Year, North America
  • Air IT – Partner of the Year, EMEA

These awards are about more than just results. They’re about recognizing partners who are not only pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with automation, but who also embody the spirit of community — openly sharing, educating, and lifting others along the way.

Key FLOW takeaways

Again, we’re probably a bit more biased about FLOW than most. But a few clear themes echoed throughout the event:

  • AI and automation are becoming inseparable — but they’re not the same thing. Aharon cleared up the confusion during his keynote and talked about how MSPs can take advantage of both. Together, they’re reshaping everything from internal workflows to client-facing services.
  • Automation’s value goes far beyond the service desk. Billing reconciliation, project management, and even helping your internal HR manage new hires, more MSPs are automating the “back office” and seeing big results.
  • As Gary Pica Sr. put it in his session, automation is the next big wave, just like cybersecurity was a few years ago. When done right, it’s not just a time-saver; it’s a business differentiator.
  • The MSPs that win are the ones who build a culture around innovation. Whether through DevOps principles or creative thinking, the message was clear: the right tools matter, but mindset is what moves the needle.
  • FLOW wasn’t just about showing what’s possible with automation — it was about sharing how to make it real in your MSP today.

Looking ahead to FLOW 2026

If you attended the final day of FLOW 2025, you already saw the big news: next year, FLOW is heading to Nashville!

We’re excited to bring the community to the music capital of the world. But we also know there’s room to improve. We heard your feedback from FLOW 2025: better AV, deeper technical content, and more time between sessions are top priorities as we plan for 2026.

Advance tickets are already available to this year’s attendees. We’ll share more details when general registration opens up.

Until then, keep on automating. We’ll see you in Nashville.
