Setting it, then coming back to find it done
I'm Alex Williams. I'm a senior consultant at Matson & Isom Technology. I've been working with the next generation of Rewst, putting it on task and then coming back later to find it done.
It's changed a lot of things to be able to work on multiple things at once. Being senior consultant, a lot of times your attention is pulled away, so it's nice to be able to set it, let it work on things, and when you come back, see where it's at, and then either modify or approve.
Faster discovery and fewer meetings
So, automation has helped expedite just discovery of processes that we might want to automate. Historically, sometimes you would need to have a meeting, discuss it, then go back, dig into it, rinse and repeat a few times. I ran into a meeting with a coworker at 4:00 on a Friday, and we jumped into the new generation of Rewst. We were able to just kind of do a real quick proof of concept to even get the idea going to see if it was plausible, and I think it saved at least two to three meetings, which was very helpful.
AI that pushes back
So, sometimes I'm the only person with my particular skill set, and it's nice to have AI and the new generation of Rewst to be able to push back and kind of review and even offer some suggestions on other ways to do it.
Giving teams and clients safe access
So, I see automation and AI helping improve a lot of our processes and procedures, really allowing us to give higher quality of service, and once the new generation of Rewst comes out, I really see value in being able to let other people on the teams have more access to the tool, so that they can run some of their own automations more in a safe environment, and I see that bringing automation and AI to clients is also a huge benefit that is going to require some structuring of guardrails, which I think is going to be great in the next generation of Rewst.
