Rewst debuts AI features for MSPs, from natural language workflow creation to MCP Server connecting AI agents with automations.
June 25, 2025 – Rewst, the only automation platform purpose-built for MSPs, today unveiled a comprehensive suite of AI-powered capabilities during CEO Aharon Chernin’s keynote at the annual FLOW conference. Expanding on the 2024 launch of Rewst’s intelligent assistant, RoboRewsty, these new features embed contextual AI throughout the platform—enabling users to build, troubleshoot, and refine workflows using natural language. Rewst also introduced its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server, which allows AI agents to interact with Rewst automations through a secure, structured interface—empowering them to discover, reason about, and execute tasks autonomously.
Initially launched with auto-documentation capabilities, RoboRewsty has evolved into a proactive co-pilot that supports the entire automation lifecycle. Embedded across the Rewst platform, RoboRewsty makes automation feel more like collaboration—empowering MSPs to move from idea to execution quickly, with no steep learning curve or need to master complex syntax.
New RoboRewsty features announced today include:
Rewst’s new MCP Server and MCP Trigger redefine how AI tools interact with automations—transforming AI from passive observer to active operator.
At the core of these advancements is RoboRewsty’s multi-agent architecture—a network of specialized AI agents that collaborate behind the scenes. Each agent is optimized for a specific task, from documentation search and Jinja scripting to platform navigation and workflow analysis. Together, they deliver smarter responses, faster support, and a more intuitive experience for users at any stage of their automation journey.
“We’re entering a new phase where AI doesn’t just make workflows smarter—it’s making the automation platform itself smarter,” said Aharon Chernin, Founder and CEO of Rewst. “With these latest capabilities, Rewst is enabling more MSPs to automate with speed and confidence—while becoming the connective tissue between your automation library and your AI stack.”
Rewst’s new RoboRewsty features and MCP Server are being rolled out in phases, starting in September and continuing throughout Q4. Stay tuned for more details, including specific release dates.
